On 14–15 October 2025, our consortium gathered in Rouen, France for the 2nd General Assembly and Early Assessment Meeting — two intense days dedicated to coordination, on-site learning, and a thorough state-of-play review to ensure a solid continuation of the project.
What we accomplished
During the morning session at Veragrow’s production site in Val-de-Reuil, updates were presented on Work Packages WP1, WP2, WP3, WP5, and WP7, followed by an open discussion and a guided visit of the facilities.
The second day, hosted at the Hôtel de Région in Normandy, focused on WP4 and progress updates from all eight Investment Cases, complemented by a working session aimed at aligning technical, market, and scale-up activities.
The agenda also included an in-person review meeting with the Project Officer and the Project Coordinator, reflecting the project’s strong progress and coordination.
Collaboration matters
Throughout the sessions, partners shared updates on the Work Packages and Investment Cases, aligning activities across regions in the presence of the Project Officer.
