On September 12 and 13, the kick-off meeting of I3-4-BIOFERTILIZERS was held in Vic, Spain, and hosted by our coordinator UVIC-UCC.
This event marked the first opportunity for all 19 partner organizations from eight EU countries to come together, fostering strong collaborative relationships from the outset. The two-day gathering featured comprehensive presentations of each Work Package (WP), where coordinators outlined their objectives, strategies, and expected outcomes. Interactive team-building activities facilitated meaningful connections among partners, enhancing teamwork and mutual understanding.
Additionally, participants engaged in dynamic discussions, exchanging innovative ideas and constructive feedback to refine project goals and approaches. The kickoff meeting also included sessions on best practices for interregional cooperation and strategies to address potential challenges in the biofertilizer and circular bioeconomy sectors.
This foundational event set a positive and collaborative tone for the project, ensuring all partners are aligned and committed to achieving a sustainable and resilient agricultural future across Europe.
